What you'll be doing:
- Leading projects from inception through to completion
- Managing contract administration across public sector housing schemes
- Carrying out condition surveys, defect analysis and feasibility work
- Acting as a key client contact and building long-term relationships
- Supporting and mentoring junior surveyors within the team

- Consultancy background in building surveying
- Strong project management and contract administration experience
- Exposure to condition surveys and technical reporting
- Chartered or working towards MRICS
