About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated MRICS Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic private consultancy based in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects across residential, commercial, retail, and public sectors. You will play a pivotal role in delivering cost consultancy and project management services to prestigious clients, ensuring successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Provide pre- and post-contract cost management services. Prepare detailed cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation. Conduct feasibility studies and value engineering assessments. Administer contracts and oversee procurement processes. Monitor project progress, costs, and variations. Advise on financial implications and risk management strategies. Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders. Ensure projects are delivered within budget and on time.
