An established independent property and construction consultancy is looking to appoint a Project Manager to join its growing Edinburgh team. This is an opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of high profile projects across commercial, residential, hospitality, regeneration and mixed use developments, taking projects from inception through to completion within a collaborative, client focused environment.

The Role

  • Deliver construction projects from inception through to completion
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and key stakeholders
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams and contractors
  • Manage project programmes, budgets, risks and reporting
  • Support procurement and contract administration
  • Build strong client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the team

What We're Looking For

  • MRICS Chartered status is essential
  • Experience working within the built environment, ideally for a property or construction consultancy
  • Experience delivering construction projects across multiple RIBA stages
  • Confident managing clients and stakeholders
  • Commercially aware with strong organisational and communication skills
  • NEC contract experience is advantageous
