An established independent property and construction consultancy is looking to appoint a Project Manager to join its growing Edinburgh team. This is an opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of high profile projects across commercial, residential, hospitality, regeneration and mixed use developments, taking projects from inception through to completion within a collaborative, client focused environment.
The Role
- Deliver construction projects from inception through to completion
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and key stakeholders
- Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams and contractors
- Manage project programmes, budgets, risks and reporting
- Support procurement and contract administration
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the team
What We're Looking For
- MRICS Chartered status is essential
- Experience working within the built environment, ideally for a property or construction consultancy
- Experience delivering construction projects across multiple RIBA stages
- Confident managing clients and stakeholders
- Commercially aware with strong organisational and communication skills
- NEC contract experience is advantageous
