I am representing a respected independent consultancy that is launching an in-house fire engineering service.
They already have the clients, project pipeline and multidisciplinary expertise.
What they need now is someone with the technical ability and ambition to help develop the offering.
This is not a role where you will be left to build a division alone.
You will have senior support, established relationships and a clear route towards leading the service as it grows.
The role
- Deliver fire strategies, technical advice and design solutions
- Support due diligence, refurbishment and remediation projects
- Work closely with building surveyors, project managers and engineers
- Advise major investors, developers, owners and occupiers
- Help shape services, standards and future growth
- Build client relationships and support new business opportunities What you will bring
- Experience within a fire engineering consultancy
- A relevant Fire Engineering or STEM qualification
- Knowledge of Approved Document B, BS 9999 and BS 7974...
