This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their Building Surveying career who wants genuine exposure, strong APC support and the chance to work closely alongside experienced Chartered Surveyors and Partners rather than becoming stuck in a narrow role.
- Carrying out building surveys and condition reports
- Supporting project delivery and contract administration work
- Attending client meetings and site inspections

You’ll work across commercial, education, healthcare, industrial, public sector, residential, leisure and retail projects nationwide. Current clients include major organisations across local government, healthcare, education and commercial property sectors, offering excellent variety and long term development potential.
