  • What you'll be doing
  • Managing a varied portfolio of professional building surveying instructions
  • Delivering expert witness reports and specialist defect investigations
  • Undertaking dilapidations, schedules of condition and licence to alter matters
  • Supporting new build monitoring and structural assessment projects
  • Advising clients across commercial, residential and development sectors
  • Building long-term relationships with clients and professional stakeholders

What we're looking for

  • Degree qualified in Building Surveying or similar
  • MRICS qualified or operating at Senior Building Surveyor level
  • Strong technical reporting and communication skills
  • Experience across professional building surveying services
  • Commercially aware with excellent client-facing skills
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required
