Job Description
Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Maintenance Surveyor to work with one of our Housing Association clients in Yorkshire & Newcastle.
What the job will be doing
- Aligned with either voids and responsive or safety and compliance
- Void re-serving will be carried out with commercial eye to high standard ensuring re-let process to be fulfilled in accordance with KPI’s
- All work carried out to the required H&S legislative standards with zero tolerance to non-compliance
What you will need
- RICS or CIOB accredited building surveying degree or similar qualification
- Experience of working in surveyor role
