The Role
As a Project Manager, you'll take ownership of projects through the full lifecycle, working closely with clients, consultants and contractors from inception through to completion.
You'll be involved in:
• Managing projects through all RIBA stages
• Client-facing project management and reporting
• Contract administration under JCT contracts
• Managing programmes, procurement and project risk
• Supporting junior team members where required
About You
• Consultancy-side Project Management experience
• Experience delivering construction or property projects through multiple RIBA stages
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ambitious and motivated to continue progressing your career
• APC progression or chartership aspirations would be advantageous
