Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Major Works & Dispute Resolution Officer to work with one of our Local Authority clients in Essex.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Leasehold or Service Charge professional to join a busy Home Ownership Team.
You will be responsible for managing Section 20 consultations, major works recharges and leaseholder disputes, ensuring statutory compliance while maximising the recovery of major works costs.
What the Job Will Be Doing
Managing statutory Section 20 consultation processes for major works on residential blocks. Preparing and issuing statutory notices, including Notices of Intention and Notices of Estimates. Ensuring all major works consultations comply with relevant leasehold legislation and statutory requirements.
