We’re working with a well-established real estate advisory platform looking to appoint a senior Living specialist to lead and grow its national Living capability. This is a strategic role sitting between Investment & Development Agency and Capital Advisory, requiring someone comfortable operating across both sides of the transaction.
The Role
- Play a leading role in the Living platform, with a focus on PBSA, Build to Rent and Co-Living
- Structuring and delivering forward funding, forward commitment and JV equity transactions
- Acting as a senior deal lead from origination through to completion
- Leveraging and expanding relationships with developers, investors, funds and operators
- Representing the business credibly at senior client level and in the wider market
- Contributing to the ongoing growth and positioning of the Living platform
About You
- Have a strong transactional track record within the Living sector
- Are financially confident and commercially sharp, with hands-on deal experience
- Bring established relationships across developers, capital partners and operators
- Are comfortable working across investment, development and capital advisory
- Are motivated by the opportunity to take ownership and help grow a specialist platform
