A respected independent consultancy is building a new in-house fire engineering capability and needs an ambitious Fire Engineer to help shape it.

You will join with live client demand, strong multidisciplinary support and genuine influence over how the service develops.

  • What you’ll be doing
  • Deliver fire strategy, design and consultancy across varied projects
  • Support technical due diligence, remediation and redevelopment work
  • Advise clients and internal teams on fire and building safety
  • Contribute to service development, client relationships and work winning
  • Grow your profile while progressing towards leadership
  • What we’re looking for
  • Degree in Fire Engineering or a relevant STEM discipline with further fire qualifications
  • Client-facing consultancy experience advantageous
  • Strong knowledge of Approved Document B, BS 9999 and BS 7974
  • Experience with CFD and evacuation modelling
  • MIFire E membership, with IEng or CEng achieved or in progress
  • FRA and FRAEW experience is desirable
