An established independent property and construction consultancy is looking to appoint an Associate level Building Surveyor into its Leeds office following continued growth and a planned senior retirement within the team.
You’ll join a highly respected regional team working closely alongside recognised industry leaders while helping shape the future growth of the Leeds office.
Delivering a broad range of project and professional Building Surveying instructions:
- Leading refurbishment and project delivery work
- Advising clients on asset enhancement and development projects
- Supporting business growth and developing your own client network
Projects span office, industrial and logistics, retail, leisure, healthcare, education, residential, student accommodation and mixed use developments across Yorkshire and the wider North.
Requirements:
- MRICS qualified Building Surveyor
- Senior Surveyor or Associate level background
- Strong experience across both project and professional work
- Experience within private sector consultancy environments
Salary: £70,000 to £85,000 depending on experience.
