An established independent property and construction consultancy is looking to appoint an Associate level Building Surveyor into its Leeds office following continued growth and a planned senior retirement within the team. You’ll join a highly respected regional team working closely alongside recognised industry leaders while helping shape the future growth of the Leeds office.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering a broad range of project and professional Building Surveying instructions
- Managing client relationships across investor, developer and occupier portfolios
- Leading refurbishment and project delivery work
- Undertaking dilapidations, TDD and schedules of condition
- Advising clients on asset enhancement and development projects
- Supporting business growth and developing your own client network
Sector exposure: Projects span office, industrial and logistics, retail, leisure, healthcare, education, residential, student accommodation and mixed use developments across Yorkshire and the wider North.
