Land Manager

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable
Land Manager
to join a specialist affordable housing consultancy team. This role focuses on identifying and managing land opportunities and affordable housing sales to housing associations, registered providers, and the public sector.

What you\’ll do:

• Lead the identification and acquisition of land opportunities for affordable housing, with or without planning consent.
• Manage the sale of S106 units and structure land/package deals for housing associations and registered providers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with housing associations, registered providers, local authorities, and other key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with landowners, developers, and project teams to facilitate successful transactions.
• Provide sector insight and advice on affordable housing regulations, policy, and emerging trends.

What we\’re looking for:

• Strong experience within housing associations, registered providers, or a similar affordable housing setting.
• Knowledge of land transactions, S106 processes, and affordable housing delivery.
• Proven relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Energetic, ambitious, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality affordable housing.
