A growing specialist property consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Surveyor or Senior Surveyor across London. You will advise landlords, investors, occupiers and operators across retail, leisure and hospitality property, with the freedom to build expertise in a sector that offers genuine variety and long-term career value.
What you'll be doing:
- Delivering Red Book valuations across specialist commercial assets
- Handling rent reviews, lease renewals and regears
- Advising on break options, restructuring and wider Landlord & Tenant matters
- Inspecting properties and assessing market rental values
- Preparing clear reports, submissions and strategic recommendations
- Building strong client relationships and supporting new business
What we're looking for:
- MRICS qualified or an experienced surveyor nearing qualification
- Registered Valuer status for valuation-focused applicants
- Lease Advisory, valuation or wider commercial property experience
