An expanding independent Building Consultancy in Glasgow is looking to appoint a Chartered Building Surveyor or Senior Building Surveyor into its growing team. What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering contract administration and project management work
- Undertaking building surveys, TDD and defect analysis instructions
- Managing dilapidations, planned maintenance and feasibility work
- Carrying out site inspections and client meetings
- Preparing technical reports and managing day to day delivery
- Working across both project and professional instructions
