Responsibilities:

Initially undertake Fire Risk assessments in the London/South/West/East locations, working from approved FRA software. You will be responsible for ensuring a report is generated to the highest standard, ensuring all building risks have been identified and recorded. You will ensure receipt of the report to the Back Office team and have a good communication style to actively look at ways we can ensure the client's premises is kept as safe as possible through remedial actions. We believe in providing training to the successful candidate to enhance their skillsets into Fire Door Inspection and Fire stopping/Compartmentation Inspection qualifications, enabling a full rounded survey package to our clients.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Risk Assessor for 2/3 years minimum
  • Fully conversant with PAS 79 methodology
  • Member of IFSM/IFE or similar – advantageous
  • Fire Stopping Inspection or Fire Door inspection to level 3 highly sought after
  • Full Driving License
  • Ability to travel across areas
  • Proactive and self-motivated
