- Managing projects from feasibility through to final account
- Cost planning, budgeting and financial control
- Tender preparation, procurement and contractor selection
- Contract Administration and Employer's Agent duties
- Client-facing project delivery across diverse construction schemes
- Working closely with Project Managers, Building Surveyors and clients
Requirements:
- MRICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor
- Consultancy experience within the construction sector
- Strong contract administration and procurement knowledge
- Experience delivering projects throughout the full lifecycle
- Confident communicator with excellent commercial awareness
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to visit sites
