- Lead surveys, feasibility work, specifications and technical design
- Take projects from initial brief through planning, Building Regulations and delivery
- Handle Contract Administration and project management
- Produce technical and construction drawings
- Build trusted client relationships and help shape the surveying offer
Strong Building Surveying and project delivery experience.
- Comfortable dealing directly with clients and contractors
- £65,000 to £90,000+ depending on level and experience
- Bonus / profit-share potential
- Predominantly remote and flexible working
- Broad UK-wide project exposure
- Based near Colchester with UK-wide projects. Travel is required, with occasional overnight stays.
