I’m representing a growing independent property and construction consultancy with a strong national workload, repeat clients and genuine scope to shape this appointment around the right person.

  • Lead surveys, feasibility work, specifications and technical design
  • Take projects from initial brief through planning, Building Regulations and delivery
  • Handle Contract Administration and project management
  • Produce technical and construction drawings
  • Build trusted client relationships and help shape the surveying offer

Strong Building Surveying and project delivery experience.

  • Comfortable dealing directly with clients and contractors
  • £65,000 to £90,000+ depending on level and experience
  • Bonus / profit-share potential
  • Predominantly remote and flexible working
  • Broad UK-wide project exposure
  • Based near Colchester with UK-wide projects. Travel is required, with occasional overnight stays.
