What you will be doing:
- Leading professional instructions across commercial property
- Advising clients on risk, condition, compliance and value
- Delivering work such as dilapidations, TDD, PPMs, feasibility and neighbourly matters
- Building and nurturing long-term client relationships
- Playing a visible role in developing new work and mentoring others
