Marks Consulting Partners are seeking a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to join our Housing Association client in London. You will manage a caseload of vulnerable residents, deliver intensive tenancy sustainment support and provide specialist welfare benefits advice.
Responsibilities include home visits, needs assessments, budgeting support and safeguarding referrals, working with Housing Officers and external agencies to achieve tenancy sustainment goals.
