We are working with a local authority to recruit an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor to join their Housing and Property team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in assessing and improving the condition of the Council s housing stock, supporting asset management and future investment programmes. The Role You will be responsible for: * Undertaking stock condition surveys across the Council s housing portfolio. * Assessing the condition and remaining life of building components. * Identifying repair, maintenance and investment requirements. * Accurately recording and managing property condition data. * Supporting planned maintenance and capital investment programmes. * Identifying property condition, health and safety and compliance issues. * Working closely with Housing, Asset Management and Repairs teams. * Liaising professionally with residents during property visits.
