What you'll be doing:
- Managing project costs from feasibility through to final account.
- Preparing cost plans, estimates, tender documentation and contracts.
- Advising clients on procurement strategies and commercial decisions.
- Monitoring project budgets, valuations, variations and financial reporting.
- Working closely with clients, contractors and project teams to deliver successful outcomes.
What we're looking for:
- Quantity Surveying experience within a consultancy environment.
- Residential sector experience is desirable.
- RICS accredited degree or working towards MRICS.
- Good understanding of JCT and procurement routes.
- Strong commercial awareness with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience using CostX or similar estimating software is advantageous.

- £55,000 - £70,000 basic (DOE)
