An established and growing construction and property consultancy in Kent is looking to appoint an Associate Director to lead the delivery of high-value projects across the South East. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded QS to take ownership of major schemes and play a key role in a supportive, well-structured consultancy environment.
The role
- Lead projects from inception to completion as the main client contact
- Deliver both pre- and post-contract cost management services
- Manage high-profile projects ranging from £1m to £100m+
- Work across commercial, residential, education, leisure, and community sectors
- Contribute to the growth and leadership of the consultancy
About you
- MRICS qualified (or very close to Chartership)
- Senior QS or Associate-level experience within a consultancy environment
- Strong client-facing and commercial skills
- Comfortable leading multiple projects and junior team members
