What You’ll Work On
- CAT A & CAT B fit-outs + refurbishments
- Commercial & residential development projects
- Industrial schemes
- Dilapidations (landlord & tenant)
- Party Wall & neighbourly matters
- Defects diagnosis + general building surveying
- Projects across London, Kent + wider UK as needed
What You’ll Bring
Must-haves:
- Strong technical knowledge across core BS services
- Solid experience in dilaps, party wall, contract admin & building pathology
- Commercially switched-on and client-facing with great communication skills
Nice-to-haves:
- MRICS
- Project coordination/PM experience
- Drive to win new work and build client relationships
- Ambition to lead, mentor and grow with the business

- £60,000–£80,000+ DOE
