Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for an Asset Information Manager to work with one of our Housing Association clients in Manchester.
What the job will be doing
- Responsible for managing stock performance systems, financial and non‑financial stock appraisal tools, dashboards and associated processes to enable delivery of asset management activities.
- Oversee the maintenance of an accurate and up‑to‑date asset register through different teams.
- Responsible for the delivery of Keystone Improvement Plan and Decent Homes reporting.
What you will need
- Experience in managing and inspiring others at all levels to deliver demanding objectives.
- Knowledge of database administration, management and change control process.
- Degree educated or relevant experience at senior level of undertaking data analysis and financial appraisals.
