Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Regional Programme Manager (Fire Remediation) to work with one of our Housing Association clients in London.

What You’ll Need

  • In-depth understanding of EWS remediation and façade safety
  • Strong understanding of fire risk compliance and regulatory obligations
  • Comprehensive knowledge of pre‑construction processes: design, specifications, tendering, planning, building regulations, CDM 2015, and leaseholder consultation (Section 20)
  • Experience in refurbishment, planned investment, mechanical and electrical works and fire safety remediation
