You will join a close-knit team delivering high-quality work across residential and commercial projects, with direct access to senior leadership and real input from day one.
What you'll be doing:
- Take ownership of projects and support on larger schemes
- Act as a key contact for clients and design teams
- Deliver QS and Employer's Agent services
- Manage multiple live instructions with increasing autonomy
- Support and guide junior team members
- Build confidence in client-facing and commercial decision-making
What we're looking for:
- Experience in QS or project environments
- Consultancy or contractor background
- Comfortable running projects or ready to step up
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Ambition to progress and take on more responsibility
- Working towards MRICS is a bonus, not essential
