Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Property Service Surveyor to work with one of our Housing Association clients in Middlesbrough.

What the job will be doing:

  • Responsive repairs
  • Voids
  • Damp, Mould & condensation
  • Project management & insurance works

What you will need:

  • Experience in working in social housing or similar environment
  • Knowledge of building maintenance, regulations, British standards, approved codes of practise, CDM & health & safety regulations
  • Experience of contract management, managing and working with repairs, voids, dampness and ground maintenance contractors
