Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Property Service Surveyor to work with one of our Housing Association clients in Middlesbrough.
What the job will be doing:
- Responsive repairs
- Voids
- Damp, Mould & condensation
- Project management & insurance works
What you will need:
- Experience in working in social housing or similar environment
- Knowledge of building maintenance, regulations, British standards, approved codes of practise, CDM & health & safety regulations
- Experience of contract management, managing and working with repairs, voids, dampness and ground maintenance contractors
