PROPERTY MAINTENANCE MANAGER | £30,000 TO £35,000 + BENEFITS

- WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage maintenance requests from first report to completion
- Assess repairs and appoint trusted contractors
- Obtain quotes, negotiate costs and monitor works
- Keep landlords and tenants updated throughout
- Carry out property visits and produce clear reports
- Coordinate pre-tenancy works and maintain accurate records
- WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in property maintenance, residential property management, facilities management or a similar role
- Practical knowledge of residential repairs
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence dealing with tenants, landlords and contractors
- A calm, proactive and solutions-focused approach
- A clean UK driving licence and access to your own car
PACKAGE & CULTURE
- £28,000 to £35,000 depending on experience
- Mileage contribution and employer pension
- 20 days’ holiday plus bank holidays
- Two additional Christmas leave days
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm
- Saturday morning rota once every 4 to 5 weeks, with time back in lieu
