PROPERTY MAINTENANCE MANAGER | £30,000 TO £35,000 + BENEFITS

  • WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Manage maintenance requests from first report to completion
  • Assess repairs and appoint trusted contractors
  • Obtain quotes, negotiate costs and monitor works
  • Keep landlords and tenants updated throughout
  • Carry out property visits and produce clear reports
  • Coordinate pre-tenancy works and maintain accurate records
  • WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • Experience in property maintenance, residential property management, facilities management or a similar role
  • Practical knowledge of residential repairs
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Confidence dealing with tenants, landlords and contractors
  • A calm, proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • A clean UK driving licence and access to your own car

PACKAGE & CULTURE

  • £28,000 to £35,000 depending on experience
  • Mileage contribution and employer pension
  • 20 days’ holiday plus bank holidays
  • Two additional Christmas leave days
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm
  • Saturday morning rota once every 4 to 5 weeks, with time back in lieu
  • Friendly team, genuine autonomy and an immediate start available
