Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Principal Surveyor to work with one of our Local Authority clients in London.
What the job will be doing:
- Property management activities including Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals, Service Charges, Acquisitions and disposals including Highways disposals.
- The preparation and implementation of Asset Management Plans for the operational property portfolio.
- Providing corporate advice on the management of operational assets to optimise use, including reviewing requirements as part of the annual business planning process.
- Undertaking options appraisals, feasibility studies and development appraisals.

- Experience in managing operational property portfolio.
- Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
