A leading international consultancy is looking to appoint a Building Surveyor or Senior Building Surveyor into its growing Milton Keynes team following continued project and client growth across the South East. You’ll join a collaborative Building Surveying team delivering a broad mix of professional and project work across both public and private sector clients throughout London and the Home Counties.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering building surveying projects from inception through to completion
- Undertaking condition surveys, dilapidations and technical reporting
- Managing contract administration and project delivery work
- Visiting sites, meeting clients and supporting wider project teams
- Building strong long term client relationships across varied sectors
Sector exposure: Projects span higher education, healthcare, commercial property and local government environments, alongside wider private sector instructions across the South East.
What they’re looking for:
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying or similar
- MRICS qualified preferred
- Experience across professional and project led Building Surveying work
- Strong communication and technical reporting skills
- Commercially aware with a proactive attitude
- AutoCAD and NBS experience beneficial
