What You’ll Be Doing
- Support and deliver building surveying projects from concept to completion
- Act as a trusted point of contact for clients and design teams
- Develop briefs into clear, compliant design solutions with guidance from senior mentors
- Undertake measured surveys, condition surveys and planned maintenance reporting
- Prepare drawings, specifications, tender documents and technical reports
- Coordinate with designers, contractors and stakeholders across multiple workstreams
- Assist with contract administration and on-site quality inspections
- Learn how to manage smaller projects with increasing independence
