Asset Information Manager in Manchester

Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for an Asset Information Manager to work with one of our Housing Association clients in Manchester.

What the job will be doing

* Responsible for managing stock performance systems, financial and non – financial stock appraisal tools, dashboards and associated processes to enable delivery of asset management activities

* Oversee the maintenance of accurate and update asset register through different teams.

* Responsible for the delivery of Keystone Improvement Plan and Decent Homes reporting.

What you will need

* Experience in managing and inspire others at all level to deliver demanding objectives

* Knowledge of database admin, management and change control process

* Degree educated or relevant experience at senior level of undertaking data analysis and financial appraisals.
