A chance to build something in one of the fastest growing areas of the property sector. I’m working with a leading property consultancy that is rapidly expanding its specialist Building Safety team, following significant growth in its fire remediation workload. This is not a role where you’ll be buried in a huge corporate structure. You’ll have genuine ownership of projects, direct access to senior leadership and the opportunity to help shape a growing specialist service.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead fire remediation and wider Building Safety projects from start to finish
- Act as a trusted point of contact for institutional clients and investors
- Provide clear advice around technical issues, solutions, risk and commercial implications
- Coordinate consultants and delivery teams to keep projects moving
- Build and develop long term client relationships
- Take increasing ownership of client development as you progress
Why this is worth a look:
- Rapidly growing specialist team with a strong pipeline of work
- Work with high quality institutional clients and major property portfolios
- Exposure across residential, commercial, retail and industrial assets
- Genuine autonomy, with no timesheet culture or unnecessary layers of management
- Strong progression potential as the team continues to expand
- Opportunity to become a key part of building a specialist service, rather than simply joining an established machine
- Strong salary and package, with additional travel allowance and enhanced benefits at senior levels
- Hybrid working, with the ability to be based from one of several UK offices and regular London exposure
What they need: You’ll need solid Building Safety and particularly fire remediation experience, alongside strong project delivery and client management skills. They are deliberately open on seniority. Experience and the ability to take ownership matter more than the job title on your CV. If you’ve built genuine experience in this space and are thinking about where it could take you next, this is one I’d genuinely recommend having a conversation about.
