What you will be doing:
- Delivering professional services including dilapidations, building surveys, PPM and schedules of condition
- Managing projects as PM and Contract Administrator
- Working across a varied portfolio of commercial and public sector buildings
- Supporting instructions for major occupiers and landmark institutions
- Advising on high-end residential assets valued £2.5m+
