This is a London consultancy role with substance. Not endless box-ticking. Not faceless projects. You will work across meaningful public sector estates and major commercial clients, alongside senior surveyors who want you to grow, not just deliver.

What you will be doing:

  • Delivering professional services including dilapidations, building surveys, PPM and schedules of condition
  • Managing projects as PM and Contract Administrator
  • Working across a varied portfolio of commercial and public sector buildings
  • Supporting instructions for major occupiers and landmark institutions
  • Advising on high-end residential assets valued £2.5m+
