South London HA is seeking a Legal Disrepair and Damp & Mould Surveyor to deliver specialist assessments for disrepair claims and damp/mould management across housing stock.
You will produce Part 35 compliant reports and Scott schedules, act as an expert witness when required, and work with legal teams to ensure timely, compliant resolutions, safeguarding tenants and ensuring housing standards.
