What you’ll do:
- Assist with building surveys across commercial, residential and rural sectors
- Support project management and contract administration
- Prepare drawings, specifications and technical documents
- Work on dilapidations for landlords and tenants
- Diagnose building defects and assess reinstatement costs
- Carry out schedules of condition and bank monitoring
- Learn directly from experienced surveyors on live projects
