The role

  • Lead projects from feasibility through to final account
  • Deliver cost plans, estimates, tenders and procurement advice
  • Manage valuations, change control, reporting and commercial risk
  • Build trusted client relationships across varied sectors
  • Mentor junior surveyors and support their development
  • Collaborate with Building Surveyors, Project Managers and designers

About you

  • MRICS qualified with a Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent
  • Strong consultancy experience across pre and post-contract services
  • Confident working with JCT and NEC contracts
  • Commercially aware and able to manage multiple projects
  • Credible, clear and confident with clients
  • Public-sector experience is useful, but not essential
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
