Ready to step into a role where you'll lead projects, build strong client relationships and work on some of Scotland's most exciting developments? We're recruiting on behalf of a well established independent property and construction consultancy with an outstanding reputation across the UK. Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint a Project Manager to join their Edinburgh team.
You'll deliver projects from inception through to completion across a diverse portfolio including commercial, residential, hospitality, mixed use and major regeneration schemes. Current work includes landmark city centre developments, large scale office refurbishments, brownfield regeneration projects, high end residential schemes and major hotel developments.
Working alongside experienced colleagues, you'll take ownership of project delivery, coordinating consultants and contractors, managing programmes, budgets and risks, and acting as a key point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Consultancy based construction project management experience
- Degree qualified in a construction related discipline
- Professional Chartership (MRICS or MAPM)
- Experience delivering construction projects through the full project lifecycle
- Strong client facing, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially aware with a proactive, solutions focused approach
- NEC contract experience would be advantageous
