Responsibilities
- Regular site inspections of major refurbishment and FRA works.
- Verify compliance with drawings, specifications, Building Regulations and fire safety standards.
- Identify defects, non‑conformances and quality risks and report promptly.
Qualifications
- Strong building construction knowledge.
- Experience in occupied residential refurbishment.
- Understanding of fire safety and compartmentation.
