Marks Consulting Partners are supporting a leading global property consultancy in their search for a Senior Building Surveyor to join their growing London team. This is a superb opportunity to work with high-profile occupier clients on commercial office and retail portfolios in Soho, within a collaborative, forward-thinking environment. What the job will be doing • Deliver a full range of building surveying services including dilapidations, schedules of condition, and contract administration. • Support key client accounts, ensuring work meets best practice and service standards. • Collaborate on multi-market projects across the UK and EMEA, coordinating local teams. • Build strong client relationships and provide high-quality technical advice. • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to team fee targets. What you will need • Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) with PQE ideally in commercial property. • Strong technical expertise and excellent client-facing skills. • Proactive, personable, and a genuine team player. • Competent in MS Office and project management tools.
