Building Safety Manager

Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Building Safety Manager to work with one of our Housing Association clients in Kent What the job will be doing * Independently minded, whilst always following best practice procedures and exercising good judgement and initiative in problem solving. * Will be able to interrogate information from various sources and collate comprehensive reports. * Proficient in disseminating data from as built documents and drawings. * Skilled in the review of Fire Risk Assessments and good knowledge of Approved Document B. * Able to create reports on safety of buildings. * Able to work to tight guidelines and targets. * Proficient at working in a variety of complex tasks simultaneously. * Able to be able to communicate with professional surveyors/ engineers when carrying building investigations or when developing strategies * Understanding of structural safety and design. What you will need * Qualification in construction, maintenance or related discipline. * Relevant qualification in fire safety management or an asset compliance discipline * NEBOSH General Certificate/Diploma * NEBOSH National Certificate in Fire Safety and Risk Management * A relevant level 3 or above Fire Safety qualification accredited by the IFE or IFSM or equivalent How to Apply If you would like any further details about this position, please contact Liam Oliver at Marks Consulting Partners.
