This is a newly created Senior Quantity Surveyor role, opened due to a growing and secured workload. It’s a chance for an experienced consultancy-side QS who enjoys autonomy, responsibility and being trusted to get on with the job.
You’ll be joining a well-established, multidisciplinary consultancy with a strong pipeline of public and private sector projects across London and the South East. The culture is collaborative, grown-up and people-first. Senior professionals here are empowered, not micromanaged.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading cost management on multiple projects from early stages through to completion
- Preparing cost plans, estimates and reports using CostX
- Managing procurement, tendering and contract administration
- Advising clients with confidence on cost, risk and value
- Working closely with surveyors, PMs and design teams
