What you will be doing
- Delivering core professional services including dilaps, SoC, PPM and building surveys
- Acting as PM and Contract Administrator on refurbishment projects
- Advising public sector bodies alongside commercial occupiers
- Working on premium residential schemes over £2.5m
- Building long-term client relationships based on trust
