They are growing their Building Surveying team and need someone confident across both professional and project instructions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Deliver professional surveys including TDD, Dilapidations, SoC, PPM and RCAs
- Act as Contract Administrator on refurbishment and asset improvement schemes
- Advise clients across the full property lifecycle
- Manage instructions from enquiry through to completion
- Build strong relationships with investors, corporates and public sector clients
This is a genuine 50 50 mix of professional and project work, with the balance flexing depending on pipeline.
