You’ll join a Director-led, owner-managed business with a strong reputation, impressive client base and a varied pipeline across the built environment.

- What you’ll be doing
- Own cost management across projects from inception to completion
- Provide proactive commercial and cost advice to clients
- Manage budgets, forecasts and financial reporting
- Work closely with clients, contractors, consultants and project teams
- Build trusted, long-term client relationships
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Contribute to projects across industrial, logistics, residential, commercial, retail, hospitality and infrastructure
- What we’re looking for
- Strong Quantity Surveying experience within consultancy or a similar environment
- Proven experience managing projects commercially from start to finish
- Confident client-facing communication skills
- Strong commercial judgement and attention to detail
- A collaborative approach and willingness to support others
- MRICS or working towards chartership would be advantageous
