About the business
You’ll join a young, vibrant, family-led surveying practice known for its no-hierarchy culture, high trust and supportive environment. The team works nationally with solicitors, barristers, major retailers, developers, insurers and private clients. You’ll get direct exposure to complex instructions, senior clients and commercial decision-making while enjoying a fully remote setup.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver expert witness and professional services including caravan, lodge, boundary and landlord & tenant disputes
- Lead defect inspections, structural assessments, dilapidations, party wall and lease advisory work
- Support retail and commercial clients with fabric condition surveys and estate advice
- Produce clear, robust technical reports and manage client relationships confidently
What you’ll bring:
- MRICS or working toward, with strong commercial and professional experience
- Excellent technical reporting and inspection skills
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for nationwide clients
- A proactive, organised approach and confidence working autonomously
