A leading, global property consultancy is seeking an Assistant / Graduate Building Surveyor to join its London-based Building & Project Consultancy team. This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor at graduate or assistant level who is looking to build strong residential experience within a structured, supportive APC environment, while gaining exposure to a broad range of building surveying services across London.
The role is ideally suited to someone motivated by long-term development, technical excellence and career progression, rather than short-term seniority.
You will work as part of a 20-strong Building Surveying team delivering both professional and project-based services. The role will primarily focus on high-quality residential refurbishment projects for prestigious estate clients, with opportunities to gain wider exposure across commercial and retail assets. You will support senior surveyors across the full project lifecycle, working closely with architects, engineers and interior designers, and will be given the platform to develop a strong technical foundation as you progress through your APC.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with residential refurbishment and repair projects from instruction through to completion

Ideal Candidate
